All work is subject to a formal quote and client approval. Service timelines and outcomes may vary depending on the scope of work and material availability.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Full payment is due on completion unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
Late payments may incur interest or service delays.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled job start date.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed unless covered under our satisfaction guarantee.
The client is responsible for providing clear access to the work area.
We are not liable for delays caused by restricted access, unforeseen damage, or client-requested changes mid-project.
Any existing structural or water damage discovered during the project may need to be repaired at the client’s expense.
We stand by our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the final result, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it. Warranty terms may vary by service type and will be outlined in the quote or invoice.
